Float Reel

I don't live near Toronto and was wondering if there is anyone out there selling a Float reel near Ottawa. Mine is not working properly and it would cost more to repair then buy new.
I don't have one for sale but lebaron's in Ottawa carries the Ross Flow. What's wrong with yours???
