I'm on the 4th version of TinBad. TinBad #1 was a 12 footer I scrounged off the bottom of Lake Muskoka. The OPP let me keep it when nobody claimed her. She served me well for a few years and lots of bass, and then I moved on to an 8 year affair with a 17 foot Lowe (TinBad II). I sold her for a Legend v188 TinBad III, which was stolen last summer. Now, TinBad IV is waiting to see the light of day when this pretend winter gives way to spring. It's an 18 foot Lowe with my first 4 stroke. All of these have been aluminum, which I realize is not really tin, but I have always called them tin boats and don't really care. Besides, AluminumBad just doesn't sound right.
While I have not actually named my boat I have had an idea of a name. My first boat I called Normware 1. I know not very exciting but I figured if I put ny FH handel on it people would know who I am on the water. I was thinking of continuing with Normware II.
I am just wondering if would be bad luck to change it?
I know of the superstitions of renaming a boat. Would that be this case?
my 14 foot tinney is name beverly..... y u mihgt ask... cuz shes a hilbilly.... when we take this 50 sum odd year old boat out on the water we laugh and joke and never do to well with the fish.... we always look pethetic and bringin her home we had to flip her onto an 8 foot utility trailer ( makes for a realy hillbilly load) not to mention any time she comes camping she gets fliped on top of the 8 foot sutchamn popup trailer with the motor and gas tank on a homeade rack underneth....all we need to do is spit out some teeth and learn to play the banjo....

I am going to name my boat BADGER SHARK, I just have to fing someone to draw what I want and get it airbrushed or something. This may take a while as I dont know how to get my drawing across.
