Pour some gas line antifreeze in to remove the water and use it for your lawnmore. I've been using my old two stroke outboard, auger, snowblower and chainsaw gas in my old 4stroke lawnmower for years without a problem.

if in a removable tank, let it stand for a few days, syphon off the stuff on top, careful not to let the tube get on the bottom where the water is. Add some stabilizer and put it away for next year. Whats left will be small enough to burn off when noone around.

If in the boat tank, disconnect the feed to the motor. Open the valve on the feed, cocktail stick should do, hand pump the gas out using the primer into a glass jar. Do this in small stages until no more water in the bottom of the jar.
