Humminbird 717

Post by MuskieWannabe »

Anyone out there have any experience with this fishfinder? I'm trying to get away with spending around $200 and this one lists at $230 or something like that. It seems to be what I need, hit my prop a few times already because I lack a good sonar and I figure this would be a good investment, although any input would be great.

Thanks a lot,

MW

I have been using the 717 this year. All in all a good finder with good bottom detail and seems to mark some fish. With 300 watts rms and 2400 watts peak to peak good bang for the dollar. No problems so far.
