Humminbird Fishin Buddy vs. BottomLine Fishin Buddy

Post by worm31 »

Hey

Im interested in purchaseing a portable fishfinder for my pontoon and its come down to eithier the Humminbird of the Bottomline fishin buddy. Each unit seems to have its pros and cons, according to the online reviews, but I was wondering what the members of fish hawk have to say about the two units

If you ever need warranty service or if you have broblems it is much easier to deal with Hummingbird. (Coming from experience as a customer and a dealer)
More accssories available to the Canadian market as well.

humminbird has aquired BottomLine and discontinued the BottomLine brand, but has incorporated the technology. I think the bird and buddy are the same unit.
