I'm looking for a few used boat. They're about Yr.2000~2003.
I think I have to bring them to mechanic for checking.
How many hours do they charge me? What do they check, usually?
What I can do is probabaly test boat on water.
Used boat Checklist

The problem you will run into is the same one I did in the metro area when buying my boat.
Most of the boat dealers this time of year are too busy to even squeeze in a compression check and inspection.
Or at least 2 yrs ago this time when I was looking that is what I found.
I don't recall who I ended up going too, a small one man shop place... but all I had him do was a compression check.
The rest of the boat, live wells, bilge pump etc I tested out myself in the driveway at the buyers home.
