on board battery charger

Hi guys i`m running 2 deep cycle batteries in paralel 12v. for my minnkota55 and i was wondering if i can use an on-board charger?
my other dilema is that do i connect both of them to the charger, since they are already connected together at the panel or just connecting one will charge both of them at the same time?

One more thing can i use an optima, spiral cell, and a regural deep cycle battery together in paralel.

I've got a Minn Kota 3 Bank Onboard charger, it's hooked up to all three even though the two deep cycles are parallel. My batteries are identical though so I'm not sure about your set up.

I have a minnkota 55 as well and have two deep cycle batteries in parallel and a cranking battery on board all charged by a 3 bank on board charger.
