$ Seafoam!

Post by bardern »

is there anywhere cheaper than NAPA to purchase SeaFoam? I just shelled out $18, after tax, for a can at NAPA. I try and use it every third tank on my 150 FastStrike and it's getting ridiculous to use at that price. :shock:

I just picked some up at Partsource in Brockville. I thought it was about 11 bucks, not sure though. Might be worth a phone call to confirm.

It's a little more than that now Steve...it's just under $16 with taxes.
I picked up some a few weeks ago for me and just picked up some Saturday (this weekend) and delivered to Craig (CPrince) while I was up that way in the Gatineau Hills.

Nobody asked him why he uses it every 3 tanks??? Why so often? Do you run a whole can every time? That does get expensive...

Some people put it in every tank. It is used as a gas stabilzer, removes moisture, removes gums, varnishes and carbons

clean instake valves and pistons,

stuff works!

what Norm said. if my motor is running it is turning at least 4800 RPM and a chunk of loose carbon can slow you down in a hurry..........

thanks for the posts I will be checking around for better pricing.
