I for one... find this to be inappropriate for fish-hawk. To imply that 4 stroke motor repair would be this inexpensive is a great disservice to this community.

The kick to the 'nads must be just the estimate to bait in unsuspecting motor owners... because the actual bill involves jumper cables attached the kicked area and a Tesla coil.
