Storing outboard motor for season

When you put your boat away for the season do you have the outboard motor down or up ?

Down so excess water drains. Also I cover the prop and exhaust (form the centre of the prop) with a plastic bag to keep any other water from entering.
Save a bass. Eat a chicken
