Is there lots of room up the sides to drop a couple rod holders in near the back? I'd also add the scotty triple up a little further.
I really think once you get the motor (s) installed, you'll be off to the races.

I also like the option of using the same rod hoder for my dipseys...tilt forward and out and you're ready. Make sure its a comfortable distance behind your riggers though.
You could also install a rail so you can slide teh rod holders up and down athe gunnela nd put them where ever you want.
