If you mean Cameron lake in Kawartha area, fenelon fall marina has boats for rental.

I do know there is another resort renting boat in this lake. The fee and time are very similar to F.F marina.
Another option is to rent a baot in sturgeon lake or Balsam lake. You pass Lock during day time. Boat rental is relatively cheaper.
