Teleflex and Detmar steering cable

I wanaa replace my teleflex (pining/rack) steering cable.
I see one same size used but good Detmar cable.
Can I replace my old one?
I see mounting could be different. Wonder if it's possible?

Any advices be appreciated.

Get Teleflex complete rotary kit ( NFB) You will love it

Thx for your advice.
My old cable is rack type. Is it easy to be replaced by rotery cable? I mean if I can do it myself?

YES, just buy the whole kit ( visit Teleflex website for instructions how to measure for the proper lenght of cable)
