kicker cable tie bar?

Im so sick of fixing and adjusting my kicker motors currant fixed mounted steering bar. I just broke a second one on my last outing. The springs seem to let go or the clips break. 
My problem is that when the kicker is trimed up fully it puts to much strain on the linkage and the springs and or clips let go.
Im just looking online and see that teleflex has a new system called a "kicker cable tie bar" it seems like the best way to go? Anyone seen these? Are they expensive?
