looking for rail month adapter scotty..?

got 3 rod holder to put on a rail tube..the tibe is 1 inch thick.

need the adapter on the top..i wish i could get the model like the one in the lower part but they dont make one inch size.
would be nice to get them localy..i didnot start to look for them yet but if i can save some time. Griné
anyone saw them localy.?
