Minn Kota Bow mount pedal locked !!

Good day to all and Happy New Year !!!

I am in need of advice for my MInn Kota bow mount 45lb all terrain. The pedal locked on me while on the water this fall and therefore cannot swivel the propeller in any direction.

I've mounted it in my shop to look it over....The cables look fine on the motor....Any advive on how to repair this and would anyone know of an Authorized repair center in Ottawa ?
