I have a trolling motor with foot control pedal and was wondering what would be a good cheap option for a battery? I only use it in my 12ft aluminum boat and my canoe. Thanks!!

Most inexpensive ones in my opinion are the everstart deepcycle ones are at Walmart. Around $70-80. Had one on my 14 footer aluminium. It worked fine for the four years that I had it.
Good luck

I had to get new batteries for both my starter motor and trolling motor this year, I decided to try the Costco's brand KIRKLAND, they are both Starter/Deep Cycle and hassle free warranty, prices are about the same as Walmart's brand. So lets see what happens.

Thanks for the advice I will check both those out!! I almost got one of the canadian tire nautilus ones but was wary because of all the bad things that I heard from them!

I ran one of these all last summer and this spring and have had no issues for the price can't go wrong.
