Boat Question

I'm in the market for a new ride, thinking in the 19-20 foot range with 150 -175 HP. What ya all think is the best bang for the buck out there today? I will travel to get a good deal on a used one in either the US or Canada. New is not out of the question but I don't want to pay 50k for a boat I can get a couple of years old for 30k. Must have full windshield with full stand up top for them wet cold days in December
