The battery in my Vexilar 8 is not holding a charge the way it did. Can anyone recommend where I can purchase a new one? I live in the Cornwall area. Thanks

A 12v 9amp battery is common to motorcycles & ATVs.  Try a dealer or mechanic. Walmart, Cabelas, Bass Pro Shops Gander Mountain should have something.

If you store your battery for an extended period of time and you don't recharge it before storing, batteries will develop a memory as well.

If you know anyone working in the local hospital / nursing homes who replaces wheelchair batteries on electric models, they replace batteries every 6 months....these should work also...

I replaced the battery in my vex fl-18 with a power sonic from Alexander battery. This one to be exact. (http://www.alexanderbattery.com/shop/ba ... sh-1280fr/).
Has worked great so far and a fraction of the cost.

No offense but I'd be only purchasing a 9ah battery.

Total battery on New market road (just off Innes). Pretty much any battery you could want/need.
