Hi guys,

I just picked up a new boat with a merc 50 2stroke.
Where is a good place to go for maintenance? I'm in the Perth area.

I'm having some overheating issues. I've been trying to research and I'm not sure if it's the pump, thermostat, or impeller. Telltale is working but slow flow.

A spider may have made a nest inside the water channel. Run a piece of wire through first and see if that helps with water flow. Otherwise there's a marine tech on Pauls rd by Anderson motor sales but his name escapes me atm.
