gots me some senkos

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

zort, any true bait and tackle place in town will have 'em (board sponsors anyway). You can scratch the big box franchise tackle places off your list though. They always carry the "senko-type" baits instead, which many will say work just as well.

Here're some recent discussions about fishing senkos:

I have never heard of trolling a Senko..don't waste thier goodness on that!!
Trolling is fantastic..butnot with those baits.
Sport Action carries a variety of Senko Baits..If you just ask for Senko..it isa brand name and they will likely be out..at this time of yoar but I am sure they have the yum equiv.
Paddletales and Baitcasters always have them..Ilike the Wave Worm and you can get them at those locations for sure!

I mentioned on a previous thread that about 2 weeks ago I tried them for the first time and I love them when the fishing is slow and the Bass don't seem to bite.

This past week I had my 2 children, a niece and nephew out fishing in Fitzroy harbour while camping. All fish were caught on Senko's.... even live worms weren't catching fish! We threw spinner baits too but only the Senko's caught fish and half decent ones at that!

I'm a believer..... cast them and let them sit!

Places I've bought them are at Al's Gas on old hwy 7 and the new shop in Stittsville on Main Street. There're always going to be in my tackle box until the fish catch on :?
