Ski-doo trailer

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Ski-doo trailer

Post by Fish'INBud »

Believe it or not I have started to rig my tip-ups for this years ice fishing adventures... I am gonna try a little floro with some sweet Gamagatsu hooks. Man they are sharp!
As I started brushing the dust off my gear, it got me thinking of a few things...
1. I need a new power auger. I know everyone and their Uncle swears by the tried tested and true Jiffy augers... anyone tried out a SwedeBore?
2. I need to buy new trailer for my sled.... I understand this year it's necessary to have a solid hitch instead of my trusty rope? I crappie tire my best bet?

I am going with 30lbs floro... not sure how it will behave in cold weather? I am sure we will cross trails in Wendo.
