I have never had any problems returning or getting things replaced at lebarons.
!) the bitch manager is gone. She was really the problem. She would never let her staff talk with customers or amongst themselves. When you are gettting paid minimum wage you should be allowed to at least talk with people. And she refused to honour warranties.
2) Don is the new manager, He allows the staff to talk with customers. I have dealt with him before he was the manager and he never failed to replaced broken rods, broken rapala fish grips (boga style). He has put aside things for me just before sales ( a couple of days before) so I could save on tax.
3) to compare Lebarons to CT is not fair, CT's prices could be much lower. It's just that YOU have to pay for all those people 'returning' products without receipts.
