I was wondering if anyone has or knows of anyone who uses a Saturn Vue (6 cylinder), AWD to tow a medium sized (2500lb) boat.

Many Thanks

hey if you go to the website it will say that the towing capacity of the vue is 3,500 lbs. so i think you should be ok.

Yes, I had read the info and even test drove but I wanted to get a feel for how they pulled and more importantly how they pull out of the water. The drive train they use is the V6 Honda with 250 HP and it is very smooth and responsive but I'm concerned about the torque and that can't be tested without the load.
Thanks

i have a friend who i has a santa fe. i think it has less power then the vue. and he has no problem towing his boat, in and out of the water. he also has towed his boat in and out of water with his volkswagen Passat. his passat is a 2 lt desiel. so i don't think you should have a problem.
