Joey Rat,
Go hunting, you will need to check out a few different locations until you find them. Early in the season I try to cover as much water as possible with no lines out until I find lots of big arches at 20 to 30 feet down. I then work those marks with cranks and if no takers in an hour I move on to look for another pod of fish. Hopefully I will stumble onto an active school that turns into a great day of walleye fishing.
