Had a great time on my trip however the fishing was S LLLLL OOOOWWW... the folks in the cabin next to us have been visiting big gull for 13 years and they said it was the worst week of fishing they ever had... I did however catch my first ever walleye. i caught him on a 1/0 hook with a chub alive under a bober i also caught a nice 28 inch pike in the same area... all and all i caught 3 pike a walleye and tons of small lil smallies and a ton of rockbass... i am awear that i was not suspose to be catching the 7 inch smallies but i was using a slip bober with a leach wich i read in feild and stream one month was suspose to be killer for walleyes happend to catch them... but the weater was good and the beer was cold looking forward to going again sometime especially after i ran into the daugher of owner of the cabins we were staying in on the last day GOD SHE WAS SO HOT
