Prop Help

Post by Malyon18 »

So i was just doing my weekly boat cleaning and noticed a crack on my trophy plus 23p prop (model number 48-825938 23P),yes i am now depressed lol. Therefore looking for help finding a new prop and maybe somewhere to get the old one repaired as a spare in the future. The motor is a 2003 mercury XR6 and the boat is a 2003 triton tr185. Was looking on ebay and came across this guy

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/321146896754?ssP ... 1423.l2649

but i am having a hard time figuring out if it will fit and all.

I did a quick search, and it appears it should fit. the only difference is the diameter. Yours is 13 3/4 and the ebay one is 14 inch.
If there is anyone that can fix your prop, its Jim Patrois in arnprior. (613) 623-6300

Thanks for the replies I will for sure look into the 2 names for getting the old one fixed as a spare. As for a new one a buddy of mine made a few calls and got me a brand new apollo for 400, which i will get tomorrow just in time for the long weekend. Thanks again for all the help
