Bass Lakes around Smiths Falls
Any suggestions for bass lakes around Smiths Falls, smallies or large mouth? I have a few days off, a float tube and fly rods looking for something other than the Rideau River. Thx

I've had some success on Lower Rideau.

Thx!
I'll give Otter a try, I am assuming there is public access and a float tube will be OK?

Yeah, go down Hwy 15, there's a sign for a boat launch to get onto Otter lake, a little further down Hwy 15 is another boat launch to get onto Big Rideau lake just before Portland. If you decide to go on Lower Rideau lake, there's a launch along Hwy 43.cweatherell wrote:Thx!
