So after trying for a number of years to land one of these big boys we got lucky today and scored 2 of them ...many thanks go out to the guys on this form who provided the tips on how to hook them up.....If you want to have a fun fight with an amazing fish hook into these Gars ....the bigger one took a run for about 10 - 15 meters and broke water a number of times....Amazing fight .....
