Here's a couple of pictures I took of a waterspout that appeared at Long Point Bay on the opening of Bass last June. I posted them on Stomp's Long Point page and a guy from Environment Canada asked me for a report to help them in their efforts to better forecast them. It was pretty spooky for a few minutes!

Hey Steve...there were quite a few 30 plus pound fish coming out of Lake Ontario this year.... not by me :? :? eye tracker... boated a 30 Lbs Fish...on his very first trip out last year...i think it was his first salmon out of his boat....(could be wrong on that) there is a pic on this board some where of it!!! But I will tell you, what a thrill.... these fish put up one heck of a fight....long, drag screaming runs, then they turn and head straight for the boat....trying to reel as fast as humanly possible to keep the line tight(could have used the boat to help...naw...I let him fight the fish  )...can't wait till spring .....and start all over again :D :D :D

BigO, where were ya launching out of to find those hawgs?

biggest i hear caught out of Jordan was 26 lbs, our biggest was 21.5 lbs...

Nothing even close to the 30 mark.

Oh well, something to work for this year!

(did u find those monsters earlier in the year, or later in the summer?)
