Bucket, glad to hear you're adapting (and enjoying!) family life. Believe me, time will start to peel away and he'll be fishing by your side before you know it.

Tip-up, I wish I could claim that view as my own, but when I said "our" lookout spot, I meant it figuratively. Brian stumbled on it via his ATV and we take frequent walks there now. It's just a few minutes by car or a nice 15 minute walk or so from our property. The views knock me out.
[How'd ya like that bug? I know you like those creepy crawly critters. 8) ]

The trees look to be on fire Wolfe...pretty cool! Nothing like that at this latitude so far. Looks like no Walleyes came a knockin' that day!?

Cool water bug...looks to be gargantuaus...I've never seen one that size before.

Tight Lines to the family!

Seaweed, did you have a chance to fish Oneida, or was it an all-work excursion? I haven't been on that lake in a few years, but it's got some good fishing.

Ratsotail -- no walters this past visit. I focused on bass and pike, but maybe I should have given the walleye a chance. My fish were pretty ho-hum, but the wknd was still lots of fun.

What a beautiful place Margie, that's fantastic and it looks like the boyz had a great outing of fish.

Congrats on the 32" Pike, that's awesome.

Cheers and thanks for sharing.

Way to go Shane....I will have to start calling you for advise on how to catch big pike :!: :!:

Great report Margie, with such a beautiful spot that it so much enjoyed by your entire family it must be hard closing up the cottage for the year. We never did arrange to get that underwater camera over to you. Maybe in the spring 8)
