I can't enlarge the pic,but it looks like a "jewfish" or a Warsaw Grouper,which is basically a gulf of mexico or south atlantic fish,common between Texas and both Fla.,coast's.they are grouper family,and 350lbs. is not overly large,My mom has old pics,somewhere, of ones that we caught daily in florida, that push 600lbs..,and take up most of an 8' p/up truck bed. they live in bottom structure,and once you can get them off of the bottom,the fight is over,they just take some time to get to the surface.but you will know, that you were just in a fight. they will make your arms rip !
