What did you use to hold down the nose piece for the tm?

The tip of the nose piece fits under and a piece at the very tip and there is a bolt running through to hold the TM bracket down, the tip and nose piece all together. The back corners are held in place by a hex bolt with a flush head. they run through to an existing support piece.

Understood. But kinda bummer too. People would have been lucky to get paired up for a tourney in that.

It's only a 14ft boat with a 15hp on the back. with all the flooring, a full livewell and extra person, it doesn't go very fast.

No, but when you can maybe get 12mph out of it with two people (it goes slower depending on the person) it takes a long time to get anywhere. And as Jimmy pointed out. You miscalculate the time it takes to get to weigh in and you get a whopper of a penalty.
