FFF is right, skip the boat show fast and easy test, take the CPS Boating Course. It may save your life someday.
This program was not a "scam" but a way to promote better boating knowledge and safety, the fact that some companies loop holed it, makes it a scam.
There is nothing I hate more than yoyos out there who cut me off because they don't know the rules of the road, people who don't understand buoys and speed limits, and #1 on my top 10 list is those who are out 15 miles, and don't have a clue where they are. Last summer I was involved in a search with the coast guard for a boat in this situation.
Take the CPS course, FFF, keep on harpin'
