nation river -need info

carp in nation river

have you had anymore luck with the carp in nation river?
or was is still frozen?
is there really no season for carp!

there's this old rail road bridge that they turned into a bike path in bourget and i've seen the biggest carp in those waters. you can just park on the side and walk for 5 minutes. they also have brown, or yellow looking catfish.

Tony:

There is no closed season for carp. The man to talk to is John. He is the main carp guy on FH, fishes mostly the St. Lawrence and catches lots. Also from the UK.

hi paya........

man your are fast to go hunting carp........ :shock:

lets say on the nation,there a ice derby in 2 week,,,,,,,,,and there like 2 feet offf ice...almost.........and there will be ice till the end off march ....

but i think the best place i saw for carp....its down the dam in caselman,,,,,,,there some huge one there,,,,,,,they try to go up the rock wall,,,,,,,,,cool they think there salmon,,,,,,,but hey...wake up boys your just a carp..... :shock: :lol: :lol: .....

there a good place to i saw a lot off them its at the dam in crysler...

or in the bay in front off the bait shop at petrie,,,,,,,tons off them there to wen to time comes.......

and there some huge one in the ruisseau de la brasserie,,,,,but the part close to the ottawa river under the road boulevard fournier.....in hull...


can t wait to go hunting for those,,,,,,,carp and catfish......yes.....


but for now,lets get some ice fishing action......... :P

it up to us to look the date,,,,,,,, :roll:


carp is a fun and great fish to catch and they do offer a great fight.....

like i said in my response..................there is a lot off place in the nation

for some carp action,,,,and in the ottawa river to........

in here like other said,,,,,,,,,,,,,i think john would be the one to contact for carp fishing.....


i no one thing i will be going a bit more for carp this year,,,,,
