*POST-OP UPDATE*
I'm home! Thank God. Although, I will truly miss the amazing hospital food, my two roomates, one who coughed 24/7 and the other who talked to himself 24/7, glad I had the foresight to come armed with earplugs and a sleeping mask. The nurses were very nice but made small pickup trucks actually look small
.
Ah well, it's all good. The operation was a success and am now awaiting test results and further testing to see how we will treat me from this point on. Oh and did I mention pain?!?!?!?! Holy Moses!
That's easily enough taken care of with the meds and I've gotta tell you morphine is highly overated, don't know why druggies like it so much, it kills the pain but doesn't produce a high. Ah well, I was hoping for both but I'm happy with the results as a whole!
I'm truly thankfull for the support of all of my family and friends and specially touched by the outpouring of support from my brothers and sisters of my F.H. family.
Thank you all for your great support! I'll post more when I can handle sitting for more than a few minutes. Just getting up from the couch felt like my insides were being torn out.
I'll post some of the more "humorous" events in Kpin amazing hospital adventure when mobility becomes less laboured. To all that left pm's I promise to respond to each and every one when I am able. Thank you all again, for everything.
