It does get expensive but well worth it put the bird in and fill with water till just covers + an inch or so mark the pot. DRY THE BIRD use paper towels as alreadt stated water and hot oil a bad thing. dump the water and DRT THE POT. Then fill with oil, heat, fry and enjoy. I strain the oil through cheese cloth and save. The best damn turkey ever. It is not oily at all the heat sears the oil out and jucies in.

The order
Ok Guys,
Looks like we will have 5 for sure so I will send this to Crystal.
Please get in touch with her today/tomorrow to arrange for payment. If anyone else is interested, just call Baitcasters.
I will talk to Krystal next week to figure out who went through with the purchase and then we can talk about getting them to Ottawa. As I said previously, Krystal will do what she can to deliver/meet up with you if you are within her range.

Contacting Crystal...
Hey,
Anyone know how we can contact Crystal during the day??? I called Baitcasters, and they are only open 4-8, and I doubt if I'll be able to call them tonight between those hours.....
Is there any other way? I don't wanna miss out on this... I really want on of em.
Let me know... Otherwise I'll have to figure something out.
