RatherBeRigging, Salmon and myself met up for a pre work fish. We were excited about the increased water level, but figured the dirty water would be non productive. Boy were we wrong.
RBR set the hook into our first fish, a shaker, and after a brief struggle, he came unpinned. Then Salmon hooked into a shaker and it came unpinned. Then I hooked into another shaker and it came unpinned!
Finally RBR makes short work of our 4th fish and has a nice shaker landed.

While John is unhooking his fish, I get another fish on....and yes, it comes unpinned.

We had most of the shakers educated at this point. Then RBR gets another tap and reels down to it...sets the hook...surface erruption! Finally a good fish. After a great fight, RBR gets the 10lb+ bow about 20 feet from shore and the 4.5lb leader line snaps.

So final count at the circus was:
Salmon 0/1
Markus 0/2
RBR 1/3
Clown total 1/7.

Lets do it again next week fellas. That was a fun couple of hours this morning.
