Adirondacks question

Post by Bondo »

Headin to a KOA first week of July in the Adirondacks (NY State). I'm not sure what county its in. I saw a post with links to NY State Department of Conservation website on the hawk but I couldn't find a state map on that site to show what counties border the area I will be staying. I would like to try some trout streams with the new fly rod. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Bondo,

Here's a link to a map showing the NY state counties. It sould give you a general idea of which county you'll be in.

Here is the link to the Poplular NY State fishing waters.

Once you figure out which streams/rivers you're you're interested in you can obtain the maps for public access rights to the water from the following page:

Cheers,
Todd
