Speckled trout on the Quebec side

I had the pleasure of taking my son (19) and my daughter's boyfriend (20) to my fly fishing camp in Quebec this past weekend for the opening day. We had a blast, the rain held off, just a very fine mist all day and the brookies were bitting like crazy. My son caught his first ever fish with a fly rod, and went on to catching 4 more. We all did very well and had a wonderful shore lunch. Ahhhhhh I love this time of year and I can't wait for next weekend, I'm off to the camp again.

thanks for sharing.

will try for lakers myslef next weekend,some on lures and some on fly,have to try those magog smealt again. 8) there great fly for lakers.
