I have a Bow Mount 24-volt, 70 lb. Thrust, 45" shaft, foot control, trolling motor by Motor Guide For Sale. This unit was purchased new at the end of Sept 07 and still has the remainder of the 3 year warranty available.

I'v got an older Motorguide F56, 56lb thrust, 24V, 42" shaft. Works fine, I got a new minnkota at a 'good deal'.
