The beauty of it all

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

The beauty of it all

Post by muskymatt »

Sitting inside listening to the ice melt as the rain gently falls in the beautiful +10 degree weather.

Just imagine how terrible it would be to be out in the bush with cold weather and snow and ice all around catching fish.

Who needs winter, I'll just sit around dreaming of the spring........in 4 months

warm weather

I'm looking forward to spring as well but I heard a local meteorologist say that we traditionally get 2/3 of our snow after Jan 1.

Don't put away those snow shovels yet.

Mid 70's down here today, and I'm stuck in the office, looking out on a beautiful day. Course it will be in the 20's this weekend. 8)

70+F here in Yankee Land. :D No snow. Horse is covered in mud -- a regular equine spa. There are honey bees and wasps everywhere --they're in for a rude awakening, along with the rest of us who are enjoying this waaaay too much.

I guess this is what a January Thaw is. Enjoy it while it's here; back to reality in a day or so.

I have only been out 2 times this year , caught trout both times and man it was looking like a good year. Then this rain and warm stuff   .

Oh well I'll be patient....for while .

I do have to say it's really tough sitting inside on a rainy day in January watching WFN.

Maybe I'll have to get a fishing game for the Wii
