Could it have something to do with the oil injection itself? This is definatly one for mike,,,,,

hoping mike has some advice :D

Checked the oil reserve reservoir, there are no cracks... im baffled and annoyed :evil:

Mostly likely a very sensitive low oil sensor or the sensor is outright
defective :idea: :idea:

Sounds like you have a faulty oil sensor in the oil tank. We have replaced many of these before and is a fairly easy fix. If the low oil alarm is going off and the tank is full then check the wires coming from the oil tank sensor. Check for a broken or stripped wire. If you can drain the oil tank and check the oil sensor in the tank and play with the float switch. Rarely but it happens that the switch is stuck in the down/empty position.
