BoQ fishing weekend
Haven't seen any reports on the ORWL weekend in the BoQ. Was wondering how everyone did and how the weekend went?

BOQ
Thanks for the tip on the reports Terry. All good reports. Sounds like the weather for the weekend was pretty much like the weather we had earlier in the week.
Re: BOQ
saturday was HEAVY rain and gusty wind (enough rain that the animals were pairing up on shore)....Sunday was better with no rain but VERY windyTOB48 wrote:Thanks for the tip on the reports Terry. It was a tough weekend of fishing because of the weather. Boat control was key and staying on top of walleye until they decided to bite. Each day I would get a 15 to 30 minute window when the walleye would turn on and feed. Then nothing for an hour or more while stay on top of the same school of walleye. If you ran around or got blown off the school you may have missed the bite.
Landed 5 walleye on Saturday with many sheepies tossed in the mix and on Sunday we landed 8 walleye, dropped 4 and had a few more 'rip snort'n' runs from sheep heads.
Hot baits during the week end was stick baits, spoons and deep divers all running around 25 feet down.

Havin' trouble tryin' to upload pics to my usual 'host' site.
Tried twice now & getting some BS message saying 'unrecoverable error, please try again later'.
Have to walk away before monitor becomes one of my 'unrecoverable errors'!!!
I'll try once more tomorrow & if still unsuccessful will subscribe to a new host site or try uploading directly on here.
