crappie fishing??

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Given your location, check out the many channels, backbays and marinas along the Holland River.

When i go crappie fishing from shore, one of my favorite spots is the Highway 7 bridge just outside of Carleton Place. The bridge you can see from the Carleton Place boat launch, at Riverside Park.

Right at the bottom, on the left hand side of the road, facing Carleton Place. I just cast out a small jig, and have caught lots of Crappie...yummy meals.
