Air Boat in Wendover

For the last couple of years I've seen a red air boat operating around the Wendover area and I have seen it up on shore at the Wendover Marina. Does anyone know if that boat is still in the area? I'm asking because we're going to look at a house on the Nation near the marina, and that boat was loud enough (ear splitting actually) to keep me from wanting to live anywhere near it.

If you have a chance at a house on the Nation I would live with that air boat.

He still had it as of last September. But I am not sure that he takes it out too many times.
