We're looking at launching anywhere between Cardinal and Long Sault looking for walleye - have never fished this body of water before. We have a 14ft tinny, and are not interested being in the wide open spaces exposed to what this body of water is capable of.
Does anybody have any suggestions of areas to target where people have had the most luck? Also what are people using to catch walleye here, trolling, jigging, minnows?
Got skunked on the Rideau Sunday, need to try some place different!
Thanks again!
