I think this has come to a point where a "management" decision has to be made...I don't understand the point of his posting of these OOS Bass, and no pike pictures....what's your point here? That you can pull Bass off of their beds??? Are you lacking recognition in your life? Obviously this display of insolence stems from some type of frustration you have experienced...are you short?? Are you looking for respect from fellow anglers???? If so, you are going about it all the wrong way, in fact, you are losing respect in my opinion...you seem to lack attention or something, and are willing to cross the line to get it. Is your "self esteem" impotent and that Bass is your idea of an erection???? Too bad you have to go this extent to fullfill your "SHORT" COMINGS....all the pic and story tells me is that you can yank an OOS spawning Bass of it's bed....but you can't catch a decent pike to save your life...keep working at it though....one day you'll get the hang of it

Just did Markus. No verbal response from her though. She's in the sweat lodge out back watching the Stepford Wives, smoking sturgeon and char while toking her peace pipe. I showed her the bass pic and she just thought it was some guy joking around with bait. She has been fasting for 3 days though and she is on quite a lunar buzz, might have missed the true meaning of the pic.

Natives up here just shrug when they see bass. Couple guys actually caught some smallmouth near town that were a couple hundred km's out of their range. Immediately the new ritual has become to get it mounted. No matter what size

Fish it to extinction, isn't that what this is all about anyways

i've been retaining too...its not 'cause your not putting them on a stringer that its legal to catch them.......get a life.....you're hurting the fisherie, i've been catching pike since opener without an encounter from your so called Girlfriends.....if you love 'em leave 'em alone, change spots.....its all about the bass, i'd rather you show those damn 2 pound pike that you say you catch instead of bedding bass, and let 'em go right away so they can go back to their nests instead of driving to shore for a pic to post on the net .

OK any body that wants a picture with a 6lb bass meet me at the ramp in the morning and we will fill the boat up to our knees. There is no skill involved in pulling bass off a bed. any monkey can catch an ILLEGAL bass.

You catch that bass in july or august and I will be the first person to congradulate you, but now and for the next 23 days you are breaking the law, plain and simple.

We are rookies because we aren't poaching 4-5 pound bass OOS, probably off beds? July will be a good time for REAL LMB for me too. I call them REAL, because they will REALLY count.. they'll be IN SEASON.

So what did you catch that monster on? A flippin jig, about 8 FOW maybe on a weedline. Prime pike targetting methods I'm sure

Funny I don't seem to hook into too many big bass like that while I'm pike fishing.. but plenty of pike to share pics of!
