My walleye back from Taxidermist

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

This guy did a great job on your fish Big O and MT. I'm hoping this year I'll be able to give him some business myself. :D

Is that the actual fish or a replica mount?
This is a skin mount....a replica is not the fish I caught...and since I'm only going to get one done.I decided this was the one, great friends in the boat when this fish was caught (Roughrider and Markus),so there was a good story behind the fish, which was determing factor to get this one mounted :D :D :D

Big O,

What a beautiful office display that is! Do you have any pics the day you caught it (I'm sure you posted some, but can't remember)?

Were the three Perch the ones you caught through the ice at Silver Lake this past season. I remember you had a post in which you were sight fishing. I had a blast doing that late ice season at Clayton Lake in March. Actully learned how the big Perch were only hitting my jig head vs. the tail and made me modify my tactics. Also had a big Pike (looked big through the hole after seeing Perch all day) come snap my jig too.

Nice fish! Hafta' get to Quinte at least once while I'm posted here.

Tight Lines,
