What bass bait are you going to throw first???

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

4 blades???

I made a bunch of 3 blades this spring and have been both throwing them out and trolling them for pike and I simply cannot keep the bass off the end of my line with these things.

Ok snag I am off to my garage to make a 4 blader :D

SEPTEMBER?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? It's hard enough waiting THIS long!

I'll be throwing my good old faithful favourite buzzbait to start off, after that we'll see where it leads. :D

I've been dreaming of senko-type baits all winter but I bought a few packs of a new Venom tube the other day and it's now become the front runner. It's a short fat tube that looks like it will work nicely as a frog over lilies or through grass.

I also bought some small rubber washers to fit over any one of the 4 trillion senko-type baits I wanna try. I haven't tried the rubber washer on the senko trick yet and it should be interesting to see how long a bait lasts when rigged wacky style.

And black worms rigged wacky or texas weighted and un-weighted. All good!

I can't wait.
